November Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences

Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences dates are around the corner on November 16, 18, and 19.  We will hold the conferences virtually through Google Meets.  As parents you will be able to sign up for a virtual conference time online with Sign-Up Genius just as you did last year.  We will send the sign-up information via a E-mail message from Parent Portal after the first week in November.

RED RIBBON WEEK                                                                   Monday, Oct. 25th-Wednesday, Oct. 27th

October is Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Abuse Awareness (ATODA) month.  October 25th thru October 27th is
National Red Ribbon Week…a week dedicated to celebrating a healthy and drug free life.  Kaukauna Elementary Schools have some activities planned during the month to promote awareness.  The following is a list of dates and activities planned at school:

  • 4K-4 Students will learn about keeping their bodies healthy and drug free during their developmental guidance lessons with their School Counselor!

Talk with your kids to build healthy and safe habits for a lifetime: Small talks are short, casual conversations that help you connect with your child on the important stuff, like underage drinking. Having lots of small talks over time helps build trust and set expectations as kids change and grow.

Community Events and Activity Flyers

There are a great many worthy undertakings in the Kaukauna Area School District that understandably deserve public support. The Board of Education/School District assist with this process in providing notice to students and/or families of certain non-school-related community activities/programs that are for public school-age students (that apply and meet policy conditions). Click here or visit the school district website to view the up to date list of events and flyers.
