MAY Focus = CREATIVITY
PurposeFul Pursuit:
Protect some time to gather as a family. Ask each family member “How are you feeling today?” Practice listening skills as each family member shares how they are feeling. Use the emotion check-in questions as inspiration to learn more. As a family, commit to at least 1 day per week where you check in with each other.
Conversation Starters:
- Tell me more about that feeling.
- Why do you think you are feeling that emotion?
- What do you need right now?
May Lunch Menu
*May 17th we will be offering a strawberry nutrigrain bar in place of the strawberry poptart*
