YEARBOOK ORDER FORMS
It is time to order your '19-20 Electa Quinney Yearbook. Yearbooks are $8.50 per book and checks should be made out to NETWORK PHOTOGRAPHY (Not Quinney School). The window to order yearbooks is December 1 - January 31st. The yearbooks will be available in May.
MAP Testing
MAP Testing continues this week through January 28th. All 2nd grade - 4th grade students will be taking the Winter MAP tests (Reading approx. 45 min, Math approx. 45 min). The questions on these tests help to show how much students have grown from the fall until now and from year to year. There is nothing students need to prepare for these tests. Suggestions of things that can help your child do their best are...- Make sure your child has a good night's rest
- Have your child eat a healthy breakfast at home or at school.
- Encourage our child to do their best!
School Confirmation Forms Due this Friday
Our 2nd and 3rd grade students received a School Confirmation Form on Jan. 8th. Thank you for taking a moment to complete the form and return it to school with your child in his/her folder. This information is used as we plan for classes and staffing for the next school year. If you have any questions about your form, feel free to contact me at knapps@kaukaunasd.org, I would be happy to answer any questions so you feel informed as we move forward planning for '20-21.-Stacy Knapp
Community Events and Activity Flyers
There are a great many worthy undertakings in the Kaukauna Area School District that understandably deserve public support. The Board of Education/School District assist with this process in providing notice to students and/or families of certain non-school-related community activities/programs that are for public school-age students (that apply and meet policy conditions). Click here or visit the school district website to view the up to date list of events and flyers.KASD Launches District App
There's an app for that.KASD is excited to announce that we have launched a new district app, available in both the Apple App and Google Play stores. The app enables parents, students, and staff the ability to stay connected and informed about what’s happening at Kaukauna Area School District.
KASD's app is free, and provides parents with quick access to everything school-related including calendars, directions to events, contact information for teachers and administrators, important documents, cafeteria menus, and more.
Downloading is easy:
- Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Search for "Kaukauna Area School District"
- Allow Notifications
- Once you have it downloaded, check out some of the great things we'll be able to share, and customize your notifications to the school(s) that suit your needs.
